Dolphin Group senior account executive Adriana Fernandez has been selected as a 2016 fellow for Leadership L.A. which is part of the Southern California Leadership Network (SCLN) dedicated to advancing the region by preparing and connecting Southern California leaders.

As a senior account executive, Adriana develops and implements strategic communications and advocacy campaigns for Dolphin Group. She spearheads public education, grassroots advocacy and community mobilization programs for many of the firm’s clients. With a background rooted in legislative affairs, she is skilled in distilling high-level policy issues to messages that resonate across a spectrum of audiences.
Adriana is the current President of the San Fernando Valley Jaycees, a Board member of the Valley Industry & Commerce Association Foundation, and a member of the Castaic Lake Water Agency’s Blue Ribbon Committee on water policy. In 2014, she was recognized by the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce as a “40 Under Forty” recipient. Adriana graduated from California State University Los Angeles.
